Leaders provide the leverage in reaching desired results. Leaders make the difference between a sustainable organizational change and sluggish change processes filled with frustration. They inspire, bring (fresh) perspectives, help others grow and influence the world around them.
We help leadership to develop (further) and to realize ambitions. We help give direction, create space and get things moving.

We develop Leadership Programs together with our clients. The following are a number of successfully delivered programs which, if necessary, can be customized further.

Effective Leadership
A program aimed at increasing effectivity and strengthening leadership in organizations. We pay attention to both the ‘hard’ and the ‘soft’, including:

  • problem analysis, priorities, planning, delegation and presentation
  • inspiration, dealing with uncertainty, personal masks and personal strengths

This program consists of two workshops, two or three days each. There is time for peer coaching and personal coaching between the workshops.

Personal Leadership
A program aimed at strengthening personal effectiveness. Themes dealt with are:

  • leading from within
  • leadership and organizational change
  • presenting from a place of personal strength
  • effectively influencing without power

This program consists of four workshops, two or three days each. There is time for peer coaching and personal coaching between the workshops.

Powerful Middle Management
A program aimed at strengthening the capacity of middle management. Themes considered:

  • inspirational communication and delegation
  • dealing with, and managing changes
  • holding difficult conversations
  • shaping (new) organizations

This program consists of three workshops, two days each. There is time for peer coaching and personal coaching between the workshops.
